This three-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat features a clever reverse floor plan designed to maximize the scenic views. Upstairs, the open living and dining areas lead out to a spacious deck, where you can catch glimpses of the ocean and feel that fresh coastal breeze. Need a quiet spot to start your day? The two sound-side balconies are the perfect place for a peaceful morning coffee, or a sunset toast to another fabulous day by the sea.

After a day of fun in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in your beachy home away from home. The large driveway and carport offer plenty of parking, making your stay as easy as a day at the beach.

With nearby public beach access, you're never far from the surf and sand, whether you're soaking up rays or diving into the crystal waters. From serene beach walks to exploring the local sights, "New River Retreat" is the shore-perfect base for your North Topsail adventure!

This property is pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limit)

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per occupancy, bathmats for each full bath, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.
