With thoughtful touches throughout the interior to ensure your comfort - this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex also sports an attractive outdoor area with pristine landscaping and an enclosed outdoor shower, large sectional sofa, gas grill, beach equipment, surf boards, and an herb garden! The possibilities, and waves, are endless when you stay at "CB Surf Cottage"!
As you enter the home you are pleasantly greeted by the beautifully decorated family room. With coastal blue hues and remarkable character, the family room graciously invites you inside just like an old friend. There is a smart TV provided so that you can catch up on your favorite shows after a long day of catching waves and rays on the beach. A provided tablet allows you to adjust the smart lighting, and there is a PlayStation 4, sound bar, acoustic guitar, ukulele, and board games included to help keep the fun going after the sun goes down. A cozy dining area is accented by fabulous custom artwork and unique touches that add to the inviting feel of this space. Enjoy grilling the fresh catch of the day as the sun sets or whipping up your favorite meals in the spacious chef's kitchen. Across the hall is the guest bathroom and laundry space. The zero-entry shower is hassle free and includes stunning tile work.
