The pool area is spacious, offering plenty of room for lounging and soaking up the sun. It is fully fenced-in for privacy and includes an outdoor shower for easy rinsing after a swim or a day at the beach. Fire up the gas grill with a full propane tank provided, or soak in the hot tub on the deck while taking in the peaceful bay view. Enjoy stunning ocean and water views from the spacious balconies and patios. The backyard and private dock, which leads directly to the Intracoastal Waterway, provide access to kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and boating. For beach days, the public access is conveniently located directly across from the home, making this beachfront escape easy to go from poolside relaxation to sandy shores in seconds.

Inside, the home is designed with comfort and entertainment in mind. On the ground level, the garage has been transformed into a fun-packed game room with a ping pong table, foosball, gaming TV area, and convenient beach gear storage. A half bath is located on this level for easy access from the pool and beach. Please note the garage is not available for parking.

The first floor serves as the heart of the home, with an open-concept layout perfect for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining area and living room, all with access to the covered deck overlooking the pool and inlet. This level also features a pool table room, laundry room, and a cozy bedroom for added convenience. The front deck offers ocean views and a serene spot to enjoy the sunrise.

On the second level, you'll find two luxurious master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and balcony, providing a peaceful retreat for guests. Three additional bedrooms are on this level, each with private access to the spacious back deck overlooking the pool and waterway, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze and scenic views.
