Welcome to 3201 St. Regis. This cute condo with beautiful views of the beach, ocean, and beyond is perfect for a weeklong or weekend getaway. The St. Regis resort has everything you could want in a beach vacation! The St. Regis is Ocean Front, with a large outdoor pool, a poolside snack cabana, an arcade, and a workout room. There is a massage suite, sauna, playground, and outdoor sports area including bocce ball, pickleball, putt putt, and life-size checkers! The entire top floor of Building 2 is Ocean's Edge, an amazing restaurant with panoramic views. Once you unpack your bags you'll never need to leave. We are excited to announce a newly remodeled covered pool! The covered pool is now heated and ready for use, allowing for off-season enjoyment as weather permits. Swimming after dark is not allowed due to Onslow County requirements.
3201 St. Regis is a 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with New large stainless fridge with icemaker, and new dishwasher. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The hallway has an alcove with twin-size bunk beds, a stacked washer and dryer, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The kitchen is perfect for fixing a quick meal or snack on the go. At the kitchen bar, you have seating for 4. You'll love the sunny living room with a sofa and loveseat, perfect for catching a cat nap. There's a smart TV, a child-size desk, and benches to eat breakfast or draw a favorite beach-themed picture. The cabinet that the TV sits on is a queen-sized Murphy bed. Sitting on the balcony just off the living room you'll find the perfect place to read, doze, meditate, or reconnect.

St. Regis Condo 3201 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. It is located in N. Topsail Beach, Topsail Island.

Pets are not allowed at the St. Regis
Check in time is 4 pm, Guests may go directly to the property at or after 4 pm
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow the CDC cleaning guidelines to ensure that all high-touch areas have been wiped down and disinfected.
Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops'l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center.
