Located on the unspoiled southern tip of Topsail Beach 2106 Tranquility at Serenity Point is a special home. With miles of pristine, undeveloped waterfront, Serenity Point lives up to its name and offers one of the most peaceful and naturally beautiful vacation destinations on Topsail Island.
This adorable 2 bedroom with a loft, 3-bathroom home is the perfect spot whether you are planning on spending your days fishing, sunbathing or you have no plans at all. The front porch has a lovely table and chairs where you can eat al-fresco while listening to the waves. Walking in you find yourself in a comfortable living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, and TV. The dining room table seats 6 with the kitchen counter seating 2 more. The full kitchen is just the right size for your group. There is a bathroom on the first floor with a step-in shower. There is a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
Upstairs, you'll find a little loft with a twin bed that you can access using a ladder. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and twins. The hall bathroom offers a bathtub and shower.
Across the street is a walkway out to the beach and just down the road is the community pool. Tranquil and serene are the correct descriptors to use for this special spot.

A charcoal grill is provided. The vacationers are responsible for keeping the grill clean. Charcoal is not included.
This home allows dogs only, some restrictions may apply. The Pet Fee is $300.00 per dog, it is not automatically added. If you are bringing a Pet, please call our office to have this fee applied. 2 dogs maximum, no puppies, no dogs under 1 year of age.
Check-in time is between 4 pm-6pm.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow the CDC cleaning guidelines to ensure that all high-touch areas have been wiped down and disinfected.
Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.
Summer Check-in time 4 pm, Off Season Check-in time 3 pm
The Rate Includes Rent, Property Protection Plan, and Reservation Fee.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, Tops'l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center. Laid back and family-friendly. Topsail Island is everything you could ask for in an Island getaway.
