The hall bath is conveniently located near the bedrooms as is the laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), clubhouse, exercise room and library. Located next door is Little Island Park with its Fishing Pier, Playground, Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball Courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Notice: The Cabana Bar will not be open this 2024 summer season.The hot tub is not operational and is not expected to be available this off season.
