This sweet 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo (which sleeps 6) is just the right place for a couple's time away or a small family's vacation. The St. Regis resort has everything you could want in a beach vacation! The St. Regis is Ocean Front, with a large outdoor pool, a poolside snack cabana, an arcade, and a workout room. The entire top floor of Building 2 at the St. Regis is taken up by Ocean's Edge an amazing restaurant with panoramic views. We are excited to announce a newly remodeled covered pool! The covered pool is now heated and ready for use, allowing for off-season enjoyment as weather permits. Swimming after dark is not allowed due to Onslow County requirements.
This condo has a lovely view of the ocean and a slice of the courtyard where the outdoor pool is located. The living room has a comfy sofa, recliner, and mounted TV. The sofa can be converted to a queen-size bed. You will love sitting on your private balcony listening to the sounds of the beach and ocean beyond. You can grab a quick meal in this well-equipped kitchen before going to the beach or pool. The counter seats 3 and the table offers seating for 3 more. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. Off the hallway, you'll find the secondary bathroom with a bathtub/ shower. Also in the hall is an alcove with twin-size bunk beds and a closet with a stacked washer and dryer. You'll have practically everything you need right here in this condo!

Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property.
Summer check in time is between 4:00PM and 6:00PM, Off Season Check-in time 3 pm
The Rate Includes Rent, Property Protection Plan, and Reservation Fee.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops'l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center. Laid back and family-friendly. Topsail Island is everything you could ask for in an Island getaway.
