Hot/cold outside showers. Ground level, shared game room with basketball and pool table leads directly to the pool deck. Downstairs, the East side bungalow is rented annually. Available year-round. Three-night minimum November through March; weekly only all other times. No smoking. Dogs allowed with a $200 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum, dogs only, absolutely no cats). 4802 Ocean Drive.
