Ground level, shared game room with basketball and pool table leads directly to the pool deck. Weekly rental during summer months Saturday to Saturday. Three-night minimum rental off-season. Available year-round. No smoking. Dogs allowed with a $200 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum, dogs only, absolutely no cats). 4802 Ocean Drive.
