Paws and Relax

If peace and relaxation is what you desire then look no further. Paws and Relax is a 4 bedroom 4 and a half bath beach home that will meet your needs and then some. Located on the quiet east end of the island, this house is within walking distance to the beach. After a long day spent playing in the sand and surf enjoy your evenings and relax on one of the covered decks with a nice glass of wine or for the early riser a cup of coffee while being mesmerized by a spectacular sunrise. This home offers an elevator that services all 3 levels. Enjoy a dip in the new inground pool or work on your tan while relaxing in a lounge chair.  All bed linens and towels are included with your rental and beds will be made upon arrival. Pool may be heated for an extra fee of $100.00 per day and must be heated for the entire stay. To add the pool heat a 72 hour notice is required prior to arriving. Pool heat is only offered during the months of October- May.

• Third bedroom on left with one queen bed, flat screen smart TV with ROKU for streaming, ceiling an, private access to deck with ocean views and full private bath with standup shower
• Wet bar area with small sink and a Keurig coffee maker and a small seating area with a rocker and bench

Second Floor:

• Open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining area, LVP flooring throughout
• Living room with 2 sofas, wall mounted flat screen smart TV with ROKU streaming, rocking chair, ceiling fan 
• Large farmhouse style dining room table with 2 benches for seating
• Fully equipped kitchen with quartz marbled countertops, stainless steel appliances, kitchen island with small prep sink, standard drip coffee maker
• Large walk-in laundry room with storage cabinets, quartz countertops, microwave, washer and dryer, small sink 
• Half bath
• Direct access to covered deck with ocean views and seating 
• Primary bedroom with one king bed, wall mounted flat screen smart TV with Roku, ceiling fan, private access to street side deck, full private ensuite bathroom with double sinks and quartz vanity, tiled walk-in shower
