This 924 square foot, third floor condo features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. The first bedroom has a king bed with private bath - shower only. The second bedroom has two double size beds and a vanity with a sink. The second bathroom is a hallway bathroom with tub-shower.

Amenities include outdoor pool, lagoon with fountain, two docks for fishing, crabbing or launching your watercraft, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, 3 SMART TVs and secure WiFi. There is a centrally located, community charging station for electric vehicles. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Make sure to take pictures of the beautiful sunsets over Jinks Creek, and over the ocean, which is just steps away.

This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready. Upon notification, please stop by our office to pick up your key/rental packet.

Please note: Golf carts are not allowed on the premises.
