Upstairs on the top floor of "E-Sea Living" is the main living area. The open floor plan offers plenty of space for families to gather. There is a deck so you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine with a remarkable sunrise and sea birds circling. The kitchen offers everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal. A full bathroom located on this floor provides convenience for visitors and jack and jills to the primary suite. Furnished with a welcoming king bed, this room has its own private deck that overlooks the back yard.

Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV's, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the HVAC platform facing the fire pit and two in the carport that face the entry door of the home and the driveway.
