The modern floorplan presents ample leisure space, including updated kitchen and bath cabinets, granite countertops, and LVP flooring throughout the entire property, and is highlighted by expansive decks on the backside of the house, offering breathtaking vistas of the picturesque Topsail Sound. Additionally, two smaller decks at the front showcase stunning ocean views, allowing you to revel in the beauty of the coastline. Bed sizes include 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin Bunk Beds, 1 Daybed w/ pull-out Twin Trundle, and a Queen Sleeper sofa.
