"Lost and Sound" is a top floor three-bedroom two-bathroom condo that is in the peaceful Cordgrass Bay complex and located just across the street from the public beach access, the community offers a community pool, tennis and pickleball court, a private sound side beach for swimming and launching kayaks or paddle boards. Positioned along the big lollipop bay on the north end of Wrightsville Beach in a serene residential atmosphere - you will instantly feel at home here!

The Cordgrass Bay complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) for the specific building and unit. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. There is a community dock that guests may fish from but private property, such as boats, is not to be touched or otherwise disturbed.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
