This recently renovated home on a natural canal offers 4 bedrooms (K, D & Bunk set, Q, Q) and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a washer and dryer in the ground level laundry room, 2 TVs for streaming, a DVD player, wireless internet, ceiling fans, a covered porch, sun deck, stationary deck on canal and floating dock. Located on a direct, ramped beach access street, Monroe Street access is where the OIB Community Center is with public restrooms open in season. The home is within walking distance to restaurants, the pier, park, etc.

There are two bedrooms on the right side of the house, one with a King bed and one with a Double bed and a set of Bunk beds. There is a full bathroom with shower between these rooms. There are two bedrooms on the left side of the house, each with a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower between these rooms. This house also has a full bathroom with a shower on the ground level convenient to the canal and dock.  Over the canal there is a stationary deck that has a ladder leading down to the floating dock section.  

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. No pets. Accommodates 10.

Rentals are weekly only 6/1/2024-8/31/2024. 
The property is available off season, at a 3-night minimum.

Bed linens, towels, soaps, and paper goods are not provided. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.  

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
