Karefree is our 2024 newly constructed, gorgeous home with an elevated in-deck swimming pool! The unique design of this pool and extended deck allows you to feel like you are part of the beach while taking a relaxing dip in your private pool and enjoying expansive ocean views! The open-concept dining, kitchen, and great room overlook the ocean, decks, and elevated pool. The large oceanfront decks ultimately expand your living space so everyone can spread out and enjoy the scenic views down Oak Island.

The kitchen is a culinary artist's dream and has everything you need to feed a large group, including a Ninja crockpot/Instapot, a giant lobster pot, 3 ovens, two outdoor grills, and an oversized blender to make any frozen drink you can think of. With two refrigerators in the kitchen and a large refrigerator on the deck level, you can be sure everyone will have easy access to food, ice, and cold drinks! Just steps away from the kitchen is an oversized sectional and chairs that will seat all your guests comfortably while enjoying 360-degree ocean views and the Intracoastal Waterway. Grab one of the many games offered at our home and host a family game night. We've supplied everything to ensure your stay is filled with fun activities.

The designer-decorated bedrooms have comfy bedding, oversized TVs, and ocean-inspired decor. Relax in one of the 7 on-suites and soak up the morning views and sounds of the ocean from your deck. Each king suite boasts an oversized, zero-entry shower. These generous bathrooms will make every morning feel like a day at the spa!   Are kids joining your group? Our bunk beds have fun, cozy bedding to ensure your little ones have a perfect night's rest.

All three decks are furnished with ample outdoor furniture for all of your guests to relax in. Play Corn Hole out on the elevated deck while the kids enjoy the pool right beside you. Grill food on one of our two grills, grab the on-site beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas, and head to the beach for the day to soak up the sun!

Close attention has also been paid to our home, which has expanded HD cable, WiFi, Smart TVs, a large flat-screen TV in each family room, and TVs in all bedrooms.

Our home is convenient for shopping, jet ski rentals, golf, fishing, boat ramps, basketball, tennis, and kayak rentals. No trip is complete without a short walk to Loanrider Brewery, where you can enjoy Intracoastal Waterway views, live music, food, craft beer, and cocktails.
