It features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed and a private full bath with shower only. The second bedroom has a double and a twin. The second bath opens to the hallway and has a tub/shower combo. The dining table seats six.

Upgrades for 2023: New mattresses, new LVP flooring throughout, new sleeper sofa, and new TVs in the bedrooms.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig and regular coffee maker, ROKU TV in living area, ROKU TVs in both bedrooms, and high speed Wireless Internet. There are hibachi grills on the opposite side of the building from the pool. This unit has a private balcony which is positioned to the side of the building, with a perfect ocean view. This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
NO GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS COMPLEX.
