Front door access leads into the den and a slider in the bedroom provides access to the fenced backyard - perfect for those with pets!

Come up to the second level via the front stairs and enjoy the bay view from the front deck - reserve your seat now to catch a beautiful sunset! You'll enter the house into the bright and open kitchen which makes bringing in the groceries easy. This great room area also includes the dining space and living room with its 55" TV. A wing on each side of the great room includes a king bedroom and bunk room plus a bathroom in between (one with jetted tub/shower and the other with shower stall). Go out the back door into a wonderful screened porch - perfect for catching a breeze or enjoying a family meal - and an open deck on each side. Stairs on the south deck lead down to the fenced backyard.

Spiral stairs in the living room go up to a catwalk and an exterior door leading to an open deck with gorgeous ocean views. Bring your coffee with you and enjoy a breath-taking sunrise.
