This mid-island condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 TVs with internet cable (streaming), wireless internet, ceiling fans, and porch. Water filtration systems have been added to the three sinks and refrigerator. Includes access to tennis courts and two complext pools including one that is oceanfront.

The master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and Single bed. The third bedroom has two Double beds. The second bathroom is off the hallway.  

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. First floor. Accommodates 8.

Rentals are weekly only 5/11/2024-9/7/2024.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.  

Property Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
