Cable and Roku TV, HD service for TV in the living room, master bedroom, king bedroom and lower bunk room. A, spacious porch off the great room allows you beautiful views of Topsail Sound and the salt, marsh. An open patio is located just downstairs next to the dock for stargazing and enjoying the, sunshine. There is an open living space under the house for relaxing, with a swing, hammock,, sofa and loveseat. A washer and dryer are located in the downstairs storage room. Canal front, dock: platform over the water w/a sink for cleaning the day's catch, floating dock with ample, room for tying up your boat and a ladder to help with getting in and out of the canal after, swimming or floating. Located in the storage area, there are beach chairs, floats and fishing, pole holders to take to the beach. Two bicycles are available for use as well as indoor and, outdoor games. Covered parking for one vehicle, plus driveway parking for 3-4 additional, cars/trailers. Beach access is a short walk away at the end of Trout Avenue. We are dog friendly, and allow up to 2 dogs, $200 for the 1st dog, $300 for 2 dogs (max allowed). NO SMOKING on, the property
