On the upper level, you will find the great room with a large flatscreen TV, comfortable sofas for lounging, and a nook with additional seating for meals or game night. The windows, skylights, and tasteful décor create a bright and airy atmosphere, which will help you start your day with a smile.

Around the corner from the living room is the sparkling gourmet kitchen. The sizeable kitchen island allows for plenty of room to spread out and create some good meals and even greater memories with your loved ones. After dinner, step out onto the upper level deck for an evening cocktail and unwind in the coastal air where you will find a gas grill for guests' convenience and a dining area. Grab a cup of coffee and start your day in the Sandbridge breeze, before heading to the beach for a day in the surf.

Four of the five bedrooms are located on the upper level. All of the bedrooms have flat screen tvs. There is a King bedroom suite and two queen beds suite, each with their own attached bathrooms. The other two upper level bedrooms share a bathroom, one has a king size bed and one has two twin-over-double bunk sets.

The fifth bedroom can be found on the lower level and offers one King-sized bed and a flatscreen TV. Adjacent to the lower-level bedroom is a half bath and a laundry room with high efficiency washer (please use HE detergent). Step outside into your own private backyard oasis, complete with a pristine private swimming pool and hot tub. Unwind in a large pool cabana overlooking the pool. Lounge chairs, outdoor sofas and chairs, bar with stools, and an outdoor dining set give guests plenty of options for poolside relaxation. Cook up some burgers on the provided gas grill and claim your spot!
