This is the perfect house for three families to share, with 3 King Bedroom Suites for total sleeping privacy. A Bunkroom is perfect for the kids! Enjoy coffee every morning from one of the large, shared balconies while you greet the waves and sea birds from this quiet part of North Topsail. Luxuriate and relax in our comfortable family great room where you are surrounded by premium treatments, furniture, and soothing ocean colors throughout. Embrace outdoor living as you gather on the multiple decks, around the fire pit, and enjoy al fresco dining on the living room deck or the picnic table in the yard. Stroll down the footpath to the beach as many times a day as you like: it's so close! And don't worry about sand, you can shower in privacy outdoors with our warm water shower. Our gourmet kitchen is ready for your finest family mealtime, or if you don't feel like cooking, walk to one of the best restaurants on the Island: Splash by the Sea: just minutes away.   
North Topsail Beach is the northern part of a  28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and beach. North Topsail Beach is 13 minutes from Surf City and 9  minutes to Sneads Ferry and grocery stores., You can fish, slurp ice cream, or eat at the restaurant at Seaview Pier,  1/2  mile from our home. North Topsail Beach Town Park with tennis courts, playground, and basketball court is a  mile away. Our home is close enough to everything that you will need and far enough away that you'll find the peace you have been searching for.  

Save money: bring your own sheets and towels. Sea Coast Rentals in Surf City can help you remove this charge. If you Opt-In for linen service, Sheets and Towels will be   provided by a professional linen service in sealed sanitary packages which will be laying on the top of the bedspread.

Rental Policies:

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Streaming services Available with guests' own account: Smart TV's require guests login to access their subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.

Summer check in time is between 4:00PM and 6:00PM  
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched area shave been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!
Arrival and Departure:
Summer Check-ins Topsail Beach -  Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM
Off Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach -  Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM
Check Outs: Is 10:00AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
Other Things to Note:
Rates Include- Rent, Property Protection Plan and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events. NO Smoking. Pets are not allowed at this home. The Linen Package is now optional.  Paper goods and any specialty items are Not Provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
