ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Mid-June to Mid-August: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday to Saturday Check-in/out only.
- Property is available to rent year round.
- Accessibility: 3 Story Stilted Home with Private Elevator (Ground to Second Floor) and Stairs
- Amenities: Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table, Grill - Gas (***Please note: A propane tank is provided with the grill. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if it runs out during their stay. Guests are also required to clean the grill prior to departure to prevent additional cleaning charges.***)
- Community Amenities: Pool (open approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day), Tennis Courts, Clubhouse, Beach Access, sound side dock with a small launch for canoes and kayaks
- Community Dock & Ramp: Dock open from sunrise to sunset. Use at your own risk. Children under 12 years of age must accompanied by an adult (21 years or older). Ramp is for launching small watercraft only (i.e. Canoes & Kayaks). Trailers are subject to getting stuck. No parking vehicles or trailers on the streer or they may be towed. No running or horseplay allowed. Please be considerate of neighbors and guests.
- Parking: 6 Parking Spaces under and in front of the home
- Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.
- State of the art WIFI network installed to provide high speed access throughout the house. *Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
- Please note: There are known recording devices on the exterior of the home for security purposes.
