This five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home is located in Royal Dunes, a small beachfront community that is conveniently located across from North Topsail Beach Town Park that has volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, a playground, a children's fishing pier and a walkway to the gazebo on the sound. This beautiful oceanfront home features a large hot tub and a large hammock to make your stay fun and relaxing. The family room offers breathtaking views of the ocean and when it is time for dinner, everyone can enjoy the luxury kitchen, which is open to the dining and family gathering areas. The kitchen is complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The large dining room table seats 10 with extra seating (four) at the kitchen island. From the family room/dining room and main retreat, you can step out onto the upper deck, sip your favorite drink and watch the dolphins swim by.

On the first level, you will find four bedrooms with en-suite baths. The two ocean-side bedrooms have amazing views of the ocean with ceiling fans and TVs. From any one of the two oceanside bedrooms or the laundry room, you can step out onto the lower deck and enjoy the  large hammock or the hot tub and listen to the waves crash along the shoreline. The two sound-side bedrooms also have amazing views. Step out onto one of the sound-side decks and enjoy fantastic sunsets!

The main retreat (master suite) is located on the top level and has spectacular views of the ocean, a ceiling fan, Flatscreen TV and a large private bath with glass shower and jacuzzi tub. Royal Dunes is convenient to the high-rise bridge, restaurants, shopping, golf and the North Topsail Beach Park.

There is parking for 4 small cars under the carport area and 2 more in the driveway. From the carport area there is a convenient bad weather entry which is great during rainy days.

Blue Heron is very close to the North Topsail Beach Town Park. The Park includes sand volleyball courts, basketball court, tennis courts, picnic tables, and an expansive children's play area. There is also a children's only fishing pier out on the Bay side as well as an area to launch your kayak or paddle board (see aerial view of proximity- only 2-minute walk across street).

This home is only 1 mile to world class golfing at North Shore Country Club and only 1 mile to Sea View Fishing Pier.

Pets (dogs) are allowed with a $250.00 non-refundable fee per pet (2 Dog Maximum).

*For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or VRBO, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final confirmations.*

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases,  towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID's will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.  

For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
