Ground Level:  On the ground level, you will find the carport and parking area that accommodates up to 4 vehicles, a laundry room, an outside shower, a spacious yard, and a hammock to relax in. There is water access for water sports enthusiasts as well as a deep-water boat slip for your use.

Single Level: As you enter the home from the covered front porch, you are greeted by the bright and open-concept living area. The living area is furnished with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a small desk. The chef in the party will appreciate the well-stocked kitchen to prepare your favorite meal or the day's fresh catch. The entire family can gather together after a day in the sun around the dining table that seats 8. Watch the sunset off the covered porch or enjoy the sun deck overlooking the canal.  Bedrooms #1 and #2 are each furnished with a Queen bed  and share access to a spacious full bathroom.   Bedroom #3 is furnished with two Twin beds and a Smart TV.   Bedroom #4 is furnished with a  Queen bed and a Smart TV. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share access to the second full bathroom located off the hallway.

Extras: Sound front water access, deep water boat slip, 3 Smart TVs, WiFi, outside shower, covered deck, sun deck, deck furniture, hammock, air fryer, combo coffee pot/Keurig, crockpot, collapsable dog kennel, and plenty of parking.  No Smoking/Vaping. Linens and towels are provided all year.  This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking:  During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
