4186 island Drive is a lovely oceanfront beach home located in the much-desired community of Ocean Ridge Village in North Topsail Beach. The bedding setup is 1 king, 2 queens, 1 pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) and a standard bunk bed (twin over twin) and 2 queen sleeper sofas.
The views from this home are simply fabulous as it sits only steps from the sparkling Atlantic Ocean with the beach access directly out front. The large community pool is only a short walk from your doorsteps.
As you approach the home you will immediately notice the wonderful architecture design with lovely roof lines, lots of decks and side load double car garage. The entrance level covered porch has always been a favorite for repeat guests. This lovely porch is loaded with very comfortable furniture which is great for relaxing while listening to the ebb and flow of the surf or simply watching those early morning sunrises. The porch is designed with nice covered areas for those that do not prefer the sun but it also has lots of open deck space as well. There is even extra dining space located on this porch area. This is really a very nice hangout spot for the entire family to enjoy.
As you enter the home you will you will first approach the main living area which you will find very spacious with tasteful decor. There are two separate and adjoining living spaces on this level. The main living area is oceanfront and is equipped with a large sectional sofa, arm chairs, end table with lamps, large coffee table, accent table, large flatscreen TV with DVD, convenient half bath, hardwood flooring and an absolutely mesmerizing view of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean right outside your windows. A wall of glass perfectly showcases these wonderful ocean views.
Adjacent to the main living room is the secondary living room that is separated by two French style doors, and when all opened, it appears as one extra large living area. This room has a sectional sleeper sofa,end tables and lamps, coffee table, ceiling fan and a large flatscreen TV with DVD player. This room also provides direct access out to the rear porch. This room is a great spot that can be blocked off from the main living area for privacy.
The kitchen is one of a kind and a chef's dream come true. It has all the modern conveniences with up-scale appliances, cabinetry and countertops. The appliances are all stainless and include an extra-large custom wood framed refrigerator with icemaker, an oversize gas Jenn-Air range/oven combination, built-in secondary oven, built-in microwave and built-in warming drawer, and a dishwasher. The wall surround is covered with subway tile backsplash and highlighted with a pot filler water faucet mounted on the wall above the range. The sink is an over-sized double bowl deep sink with designer faucet. Countertops are all granite with lots of prep space as well as extra seating for overflow dining. The small countertop appliances include coffee pots (standard and Keurig), toaster and blender. The cabinetry is all custom designed with lots of storage space and includes a built-in pantry area for storing your food supplies.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with a large table that will accommodate 8 guests. This room also has its own flatscreen TV which is nice when family members are just hanging out atthe table after a wonderful meal. The three walls bordering the dining room are all covered with glass which provides outstanding ocean views in all directions. The views are simply mesmerizing.
Bedroom 1 is located on this same level and is equipped with a queen bed, night stands and lamps, recessed lighting, ceiling fan, hardwood flooring, flatscreen TV with DVD as well as a private full bath with walk-in shower. This room also has direct access out to the rear porch.
The complete main living level is equipped with lovely hardwood flooring throughout and this flooring will ascend to the upper level as well.
As you move up to the upper level of the home you will first approach a sitting area/bonus room that is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, large flatscreen TV, end table with lamp, floor lamp, large accent table and ceiling fan. This is a great spot for extra sleeping quarters or just a hangout area for conversation and watching a movie on TV. This room also provides direct access out to a private oceanside deck where you will find two captain's chairs and accent table. Here, you will enjoy some of the best views on Topsail Island.
Bedroom 2 is located to the rear of the home(street side) and is a great place for the kids to hang out. It is equipped with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) and a standard bunk bed (twin over twin) and is set up to sleep 5 comfortably. The room also has a ceiling fan, closet and a dresser. Just outside the door in the hallway is a shared full bath with tub and shower combination.
Adjacent to bedroom 2 you will find a full laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.
To the oceanside of the home (north facing) you will find bedroom 3 which is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, night stand and lamp, dresser with mirror, make-up table with chair, closet and a private bath with tub and shower combo.
Across the hallway you will find the master bedroom (bedroom 4) which is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, storage chests and lamps, bench, large dresser with mirror and lamp, double closets, a seating area with table and arm chairs, a private full bath with double vanities, and an extra-large glass walk-in shower with 4 shower heads. This is definitely a glamour bath.
High speed wireless internet (WiFi) is provided throughout the home.
Outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water is provided.

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID's will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
