The house offers basic cable channels, Roku, and 400MB internet services in case you need to conduct business while on vacation. The dining room features a larger dining table seating 10, a separate kids table seating 5 that can double as a card table, with deck access. Kitchen with U-shaped design and stone countertops that offers 2 dishwashers, large capacity refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, free-standing ice maker, 2 mini-refrigerators for extra beverages, stove top, double oven with steam clean, deck access and stone bar top serving area/counter seating for 3. The decks offer Built-to-Last furniture for your enjoyment.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
