The long breakfast bar is perfect for a quick snack or kids' seating at meal time and the nearby dining table will easily hold the rest of the family. The large, sun room offers a quiet spot to enjoy the breeze, curl up with a good book and , thanks to the extra full size refrigerator, your favorite adult beverage. The downstairs den offers a foosball table, mini fridge and wetbar with sink, mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig (bring your favorite K-cups). The covered front area includes a ping pong table, ring game, seating area and outdoor shower.
Easy beach access will have you at the beach in about 3 minutes and the beach cart provided makes carrying your stuff easy, too. After your day of fun in the sun at the beach, retreat to your private oasis with the backyard swimming pool. Swim laps, splash around or just cool off - whatever your pleasure!
This property is equipped with a high efficiency washer. HE (high efficiency) detergent should be used.
