The second floor offers 4 master bedrooms (king, king, king, pyramid bunk), 2 with direct access to the covered decks. All bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs. The final king master bedroom is on the top floor and offers a large bath with double sink, Jacuzzi tub and large custom tile shower. The expansive great room has comfortable seating around the entertainment center, and there is a powder room nearby. The dining area provides the perfect setting for a relaxed family feast, and the well equipped kitchen, suited for cooking up the catch of the day, has granite countertops and double dishwashers. New for 2023: Stream your favorites in both the theater room and game room on the new Smart TVs with Roku streaming capabilities. On the first level, the bedrooms have been elevated with new Smart TVs, and new bathroom décor has been added to the ensuite baths. New décor has been added throughout the first two levels including pillows in the theatre room and pictures in the bathrooms. New quilts have been added and the mattress in the king master just off the foyer has been replaced with a new one. Lounging by the pool is a must with two new Adirondack chairs.
Beds
All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
