The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with washer/dryer. The main area of the condo has a door that opens to a private balcony perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene golf course views. Located a short 1.5 mile drive from Sunset Beach and only minutes away from multiple area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach vacation experience.  Complimentary linens, towels and departure housekeeping service included with every rental.

The Sea Trail community has a recreational facility available for guest use - The Village Activity Center.  The Village Activity Center provides indoor pool & hot tub, outdoor pool & kiddie pool, poolside Tiki Bar Hut, Outdoor Volleyball, Breakfast & Snacks & Restaurant & Pub.  Use of the Village Activity Center is available for an additional minimal fee payable directly to the facility on site.   

Note:  The community HOA does not allow any type of trailers to be parked on-site
