The gleaming granite countertops span the length of the kitchen, and there is even a kitchen breakfast bar for additional dining space. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which is perfect for making memories while enjoying a family meal.

The living room offers a serene space with plenty of seating to kick back after a long day playing in the waves. This living area has plenty of seating for your family to enjoy a movie - you can even enjoy your movie snuggled up in bed as the living room sofa is also a Queen pull out bed!

After the kids head to bed in the twin room, retreat to your King suite with its own access to the balcony which overlooks the beauty of Sandbridge. It's the perfect place for enjoying either the morning breeze with a cup of coffee or a quiet evening cocktail to wind down your day.

Spend hours at the beach, soaking up the sun and building sandcastles and then head back to the complex to enjoy the community amenities! The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, one of which has the view of the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. There is a hot tub (off season), clubhouse, two exercise rooms and two libraries.

Located next door is Little Island Park with its Fishing Pier, Playground, Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball Courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
