The second floor is the main living level and offers an open great room with ample seating in both the living and dining areas. The kitchen is spacious and bright and perfect for the preparation of culinary delights. Four bedrooms - a king suite with private bath that includes a garden tub, a double bed suite with a soaking tub and separate shower, and two additional bedrooms with a shared full bath.
The first floor offers a recreation room with a pool table, a seating area with a TV, a game table, a wetbar, the laundry room and a full bath with shower stall. Also on this level are two bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath with a shower stall.
Outside, the backyard features a swimming pool for hours of fun, a hot tub for soaking your cares away and a cabana bar for enjoying your favorite libations. Barbecue some dinner on the grill provided and enjoy a family meal poolside or carry it upstairs and enjoy on the screened porch. After dinner, the whole family can have fun playing corn hole.
Easy beach access is just across the street so you can be at the water's edge in no time. You'll enjoy hours soaking up the sun, playing in the sand or boogie boarding.
