DESCRIPTION
The main floor bedroom off the kitchen has a King bed and access to the attached full bath. As you walk up to the top floor, you are greeted by a hallway that splits in three directions. Straight ahead is the laundry room; to the left is a full bath and then a King bedroom with private balcony. To the right, another spacious bedroom with a King bed, Twin bunk bed, and private en suite bathroom that boasts both a separate tub and stand-up shower separated by a vanity. The ground level bedroom and half bath are accessed through the garage. This bedroom has a set of Twin bunkbeds and opens to the community pool.
"The View" lives up to its name - catch a sunrise, watch dolphins play, check out the fishermen to see what's biting. Or perhaps you'd enjoy whiling away the day by the pool, the water is just right. Scour the beach for seashells, take a long walk, bring the dogs and play some fetch at the edge of the shore, or just sit back and relax with your favorite beverage. You can't go wrong when you're staying on Pleasure Island.
When you are ready to explore, "The View" is located within 2 blocks walking distance to the Kure Beach pier, shops and restaurants. Want to explore outside of walking distance, venture further, or see history and nature? Fort Fisher, Fort Fisher Aquarium and the Southport ferry are only 3 miles away. The lively and entertaining Carolina Beach is a quick 5-minute drive and offers more restaurants, shopping, a carnival from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and well-known Britt's Donuts at the boardwalk during the summer season. The Thursday night fireworks are free and fun for the whole family.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Stay Restrictions: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of 3-night stay other seasons.
Bedding Recap: 3 Kings, 2 Twin Bunk Beds, 1 Sofa Bed.
Parking: Parking for two vehicles - one garage, one in driveway. Parking on the grass or outside of the provided area may result in ticketing or towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a nonrefundable fee that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Parking on the Grass, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
