A Beach PhantaSea offers you lazy summer days basking in the sun on the multi-level decks or splashing in your own private salt-water pool. The raised sun ledge offers a perfect spot to lounge and stay cool and is also perfect for small children to use as a kiddie pool. The covered cabana offers a spot in the shade to enjoy your favorite beverage too.
Take in the Great Atlantic sunrises from the east deck and glorious Back Bay sunsets from the west.
Great corner lot location offers easy beach access straight up Angelfish Lane.
Den area features seating along with air hockey and foosball tables.
Fireplace is Decorative Only.
A Beach PhantaSea offers guests the option of a heated pool for an additional $350+tax/week. This service must be requested and fee paid prior to arrival. Guest will not be refunded if they request the service be turned off after arrival.
New for 2023: Renovations include the addition of 2 more bedrooms and a den on the lower level, 3 more bathrooms, plus a totally renovated and enlarged kitchen.
