This oceanfront condo 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, washer & dryer, a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, 2 TVs, wireless internet, and private balcony overlooking the ocean. The complex includes an oceanfront pool and walkway to the beach. Guests have access to the ground level storage to store chairs, etc.
The master bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower. This bedroom has access to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has two Single beds. The third bedroom has two Single beds. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. First floor. Accommodates 6.
Rentals require a 3-night minimum stay.
Bed linens, towels, soaps, and paper goods are not provided. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
