Your adventure begins when you open the bright yellow teak door. This modern open plan home features a huge great room with cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows, a moving feast of the ocean and shore. Dolphin, seagull, sandpiper, sand crabs - enjoy the show from inside or step out onto the deck for a closer view. To sun or not to sun while feeling the ocean breezes:the wrap-around deck allows for sunny and shady space to be available all day. Or, take the direct access stairway to the beach and get your feet in the sand.

The well-equipped kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, coffee station, separate bar/beverage counter and plentiful prep space plus a large island with additional seating. The dining table seats 8. Opposite the kitchen is the living area where you can relax watching a 70-inch flat screen with surround sound for family movie night, or enjoy over 300 DVDs. There are 6 televisions in the house; one in each bedroom, living room and rec room on the first floor, and of course, WIFI, high speed internet/cable TV.

All four bedrooms are situated on upper level with a view of the ocean and deck access (except the bunk room). The master bedroom features a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and single bed, the third has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is set up with a single bed, bunk bed and pullout twin. The daybed in the living room provides an additional sleeping option for one if needed. The assortment of books, games and toys will keep kids of all ages amused.

The lower level offers both inside and outside covered recreational space. The inside space features ping pong, electronic basketball, an additional refrigerator, dining table and seating area with TV. Access to the downstairs full bath makes it easy to rinse off before enjoying all the inside of the home has to offer! Outside is a covered lanai with large picnic table, bar, grill, and outdoor shower. The beach can be directly accessed from the deck. There is a hammock for that afternoon nap and hammock swing to curl up with a good book in the shade. For a little active fun, you have the option of ping-pong, basketball, volleyball, cornhole, and horseshoes. Boathouse is only 2 blocks from Little Island State Park and five minutes from Back Bay Wildlife Refuge.
