This lovely property is new to our rental program for the 2021 season. The home is oceanfront and has recently gone thru some renovations and upgrades just in time for the 2021 rental season. It is perfectly positioned for maximum views on an Oceanfront B Lot.
This home is a 5-bedroom 5.5 bath and is set up to sleep 14 with 2 kings, 1 queen and 4 sets of twin bunks. There are two large oceanfront decks providing quick beach access via a private walkway. One of the oceanfront decks has a hot tub and there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off the sand after a long day at the beach.
Ground level: This home has covered parking for 4 cars depending on the size of the vehicle. The driveway has more parking for up to 3 additional cars. The home is equipped with a bad weather entry which can be accessed from the covered parking area. This becomes very convenient on rainy days when bringing in your weekly groceries and supplies.
At the ground level there is direct beach access through a short flight of stairs leading directly to the private beach access and out to the surf.
Mid-level entry: The front (street-side) of the house has a mid-level entry with a small porch that faces the street/sound side of the property. This will take you into the first living level of the home.
First level: Whether you use the bad weather entry or the mid-level entrance, they will both lead you up to the first level which contains 4 large bedrooms, each with private baths, a full-size washer/dryer, and an oceanfront deck equipped with a large Hot Tub facing the ocean. The deck on this level is covered and has two staircases, one that leads up to the second level deck and one that leads to the ground level and directly out to the beach. To access the beach simply walk straight down to the private boardwalk that leads you right down to the white sandy beaches of Topsail Island.
Bedroom 5: This bedroom is located on the street side of the home (north facing) and is the first bedroom that you will see when you enter this level. This room is equipped with two sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4) and has its own private bath with a shower. Here you will find a flat screen TV mounted to the wall along with a ceiling fan, night stand, dresser and wall art. This would be a great room for the kids to hang out while watching their favorite movies.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom is located across the hallway on the street side of the home (south facing). This bedroom is also equipped with two sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4) and has its own private bath with shower. Here you will find a flat screen TV mounted to the wall along with a ceiling fan, night stand, dresser and wall art. This would also be a great room for the kids to hang out.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located on the oceanfront side of the home (south facing). This bedroom is equipped with a king bed,ceiling fan, flat screen TV, various lamps, night stands and dresser and a private bath with shower. Great ocean views!
Bedroom 2; This bedroom is located on the oceanfront side of the home (north facing). This bedroom is equipped with queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, various lamps, night stands and dresser and a private bath with shower. Great ocean views!
Directly between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 on the oceanfront side of the home you will find a laundry room which is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. From this centralized location of the laundry room, you will find direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find a Hot Tub and also access out to the ocean.
Second Level: The second level (top level) contains the kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath and a master suite with a full bath. There is also another large oceanfront deck on this level that can be accessed through the living room. This large deck is equipped with very nice high quality resin captain's chairs designed for your comfort and relaxation while watching the dolphins as they troll past the shoreline just beyond the breakers. From this location you will experience some of the best views that Topsail Island has to offer.
Living room: This room is very large with highvaulted ceilings and a wall of windows to showcase the sparkling Atlantic Ocean just outside the door. Here you will find a large flat screen TV with cable, large sofa and love seat with other comfortable chairs and ottomans. There is plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable while winding down with a movie after a long day at the beach. Great time for enjoying family and friends. Also, just off the living room and kitchen you will find a convenient half bath.
Kitchen: This kitchen is large enough for several cooks at one time. It is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a double door refrigerator, smooth top range/oven combination, dishwasher and a built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. There is an abundance of counter space with beautiful cabinetry all topped with beautiful granite countertops. For additional work space you will find a large center island which can also double as extra dining space.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living area and adjoining the kitchen is the dining area with room to seat 8 people at the table. There is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island bar.
Bedroom 1 - Master: The master suite is located directly off the living area. This room is very large and is equipped with a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, various night stands, lamps and dresser and wall art. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub, walk-in glass shower and double vanities.
Pets are allowed with a $500.00 non-refundable per pet fee and a $300.00 refundable pet damage deposit. Limit 2 pets.
Hot Tub will be available year-round with a mandatory $80.00 activation fee for Price Break, Tranquil, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Getaway Seasons.
*For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or VRBO, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final confirmations.*
This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID's will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
