Sandscape Deluxe will absolutely delight you and your family! Fabulous convenient location nestled in the heart of Carolina Beach just across from the ocean. Walk to all activities of the Boardwalk and downtown restaurants and cafes'. The pool is located just across the street on the ocean. When not on the beach, enjoy the wonderful views and sounds of the ocean from any of the 3 decks facing the beach. Sandscape Deluxe is a combination of a 6 bedroom and 4 bath penthouse located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of house and a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on the 1st floor. There is a private elevator that accesses only the 2nd & 3rd floor of the Deluxe. The 1st floor is not accessible by elevator.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:  

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am  only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm.
