Welcome to Salty Paws - Where the lovely ocean views and inviting dunes beckon the beach lover in all of us.
This adorable beach home is the ultimate getaway spot for your family vacation. Located in the heart of North Topsail Beach, it is just a few yards away from the beach access. Relax on the deck as you hear the sounds of the waves crashing and the feel of the Atlantic Ocean breeze.
The wide-open beaches are just a short walk away! Conveniently located on a quiet street, making it the perfect area for evening strolls to the beach, sink your toes in the sand while you comb the beach for shark teeth, sea glass and seashells!
The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for all your needs, the dining area is the best place to create memories out of meals together and the living room area is a great place for the family to gather after a long day of playing on the beach!
The master bedroom features a king bed and an adjoining bath. The 2nd bedroom features a full bed, the 3rdbedroom offers a full/twin bunk and shared bath complete the layout for this cozy cottage.
A short drive to restaurants and quaint shops. There is even a local produce stand located a few blocks up the street where you can pick up all your fresh fruits and vegetables.
Salty Paws Cottage is also a pet-friendly home. So, do not forget about your four-legged babies! They can enjoy all the fun in the sun with you and will love the fenced yard.
An added bonus is the outdoor shower. a place to rinse away the sand after a fun beach day!
Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to: weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.
This home is pet-friendly. The Pet Fee is $300.00 per pet, the first fee is included in the rental rate. This home allows dogs only.
The Linen Package is now optional.
**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!
A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Streaming services Available with guests' own account: Smart TV's require guests login to access their subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.
Arrival and Departure:
Summer check in time is between 4:00PM and 6:00PM
Off Season Check-ins: Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 3:00 PM
Check Out: Is 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
