Amenities include access to oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately a block from the condo as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts and pickleball courts nearby; elevator, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, wet bar, whirlpool tub in master bath, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo provides cable service, as well as 5 Smart TVs to access Streaming with guest's own account. The large, ocean facing deck offers a partial ocean view.
This condo has keyless entry.

BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS COMPLEX.


Golf cart outlet is in parking area. All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
