Fàilte (pronounced fall-cha) means "welcome" in Gaelic and you'll feel it the moment you see the property with its sweeping green landscaped lawn and shade trees. Walk in the door and the feeling of calm and peace greets you.

You'll be amazed by the expansive views on the open bay as you look out across water. A ramp and dock are provided so bring your boat and enjoy a wildlife tour of the bay area. Spend the day on the water fishing or just taking in the wide array of birds:ducks, egrets, osprey, pelicans and sandpipers to name a few. You may even catch a glimpse of a turtle sunning itself on the short. A paddle board is provided for exploring the bay and canals or take it to the beach for some wave-riding and dolphin viewing. Beach access is just 3 houses north and straight across Pike Lane.

Multi-level and wraparound decking provides limitless options for soaking up some sun or lounging in a shady spot with a good book. Corn hole boards are provided for a family friendly game or two. Cook a late dinner on the grill and enjoy dining al fresco while watching the glorious sun setting over the bay.

Inside, this home is part ski chalet, part beach home and this relaxing retreat has an ambiance all its own. The third floor offers a King Master bedroom that includes a jetted tub in the ensuite bath. The other King bedroom has access to the hall bath and both bedrooms have access to a private bayside deck for those outstanding sunset views.

The second floor is the main living level of the home. It offers the living room with a wall of windows to let in the gorgeous bay views, the spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances, and a dining area that's perfect for family meals. Sleeping on this level includes a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twins plus a shared hall bath.

The lower level features a room with a twin over twin trundle bed, a table that's great for family games or puzzles and a Smart TV for streaming. This level also includes the laundry room with its high efficiency washer (please use HE detergent) and a full bath with shower.
