Salty Oaks has a half acre connecting lot that is shared with its sister property, Sandy Oaks, with observation deck of sound, firepit, and plenty of open space! It is within walking distance to Homer¡s Point Marina, The Crab Shack, Anchor Drafthouse, Willis Seafood Market and Dollar General. With room for boat parking, a huge covered deck, Salty Oaks is the perfect place to escape to whilst surrounded by 250 year-old live Oak trees!

Level One: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with Full Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two Twin Beds. Full Bath in Hall. Living Room area with Flat Screen TV and DVD Player with Roku access. Fully equipped Kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, oven and dishwasher!

Level Two: is a suite with a separate entrance with shower, Queen Bed, sofa, table and small Kitchen area.

Additional amenities include: Mini-Splits with air and heat, 5 Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD Players, Xbox 360, Roku, observation deck, outdoor deck with furniture, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and more!
