The secure backyard enclosure includes a 14' x 30' private swimming pool, pergola with festoon lighting and fans, sectional couch surrounding a second gas firepit, lounge chairs, dining table, picnic table, gas grill, ground level pool bathroom and game room. It also includes an outdoor pool bar that has a large screen TV, mini fridge, ceiling fan and full view of the pool. The game room, which has separate exterior access from pool area, offers an icemaker, mini fridge, foosball table, dartboard and large flat screen TV for family fun. An enclosed hot/cold outside shower is available next to the pool area. A wood firepit is also within the backyard enclosure surrounded by a large grassy area for your pets! Enjoy a private oceanfront parking pass provided for easy neighborhood beach access. It is only a short walk to the beach, fishing pier, shops, ice cream parlor, restaurants and town of Emerald Isle recreation facility with fitness center, tennis courts and playground. Weekly only.
