The Sunroom provides extra space to spend quiet time or kick back and enjoy a good book and you'll love the King bedroom with its own private deck entrance.

Check out the gorgeous canalside bar/kitchen area that's perfect for lounging with your favorite drink while enjoying the peace and serenity of Back Bay. There's even a mini-fridge to keep your beverages cold plus an icemaker.

If you're looking for something more active, step outside to shoot some hoops or bring or rent a kayak to explore Back Bay. Teach the kids how to fish from the boat dock or just sit back and watch the sunsets over the Bay!
