Blue Waters is just what you will see, from the deck on the ocean side or the deck overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Topsail Sound. The top floor consists of the living, dining area, an open kitchen, one bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The first floor has a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (double and twin beds), a bedroom with a queen bed and a master suite with a king bed and private shower bath. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, two open sundecks with deck furniture including table and chairs with lounge chairs to relax and soak up the sun. There are covered decks on the first floor to enjoy ocean breezes out of the sun.
