Access to alcove just off downstairs den, Bedroom 4 over the garage has a remote-controlled split air conditioner and includes Digital LCD TV, Wii Game System (bring your favorite games), DVD Player, and desk with telephone - offers privacy and is great for teens. You'll love the beautiful sunset views from the furnished decks on each level and the top level deck offers loungers for sunning. One garage has a refrigerator with built-in icemaker plus 5 Adult/2 Kids' Bikes with helmets and a Kayak for Bay use only (1Tandem). The other garage has enough space for a car and adds convenience and space to store beach items after returning from a great day at the beach.
