Multiple living spaces means there's plenty of room for the family to spread out and with a Queen Suite on the Main level and a King Suite on the lower level, there's plenty of privacy too. There's also an In-law Suite with a Hollywood King bed, bath with shower, wall a/c unit and its own outside entrance for additional privacy.
Outside, your oasis awaits with Private Swimming Pool and multi-level decking affording some amazing ocean views. The pool deck features a raised seating area with loungers and a thatched roof for an island feel plus a tiki bar to serve up those island beverages. Heated and jetted spa available from 8-10 a.m. and 6-8 p.m. Venture up the decks to capture the ocean view - the sunrises are glorious! There's also an outdoor ping pong table for hours of family fun!
You'll have your toes in the sand in no time with the private beach access behind the house. Surf the waves or build castles in the sand - the options are endless!
Fireplace and garage are not available for guest use.
