SeaEsta is a large family vacation home in the quiet north end of Sandbridge. Located just one block to the beach and on the serene north end canal. Backyard pool and outside shower. Boat dock on the canal for fishing and kayaking. Patio with bar and mini fridge. Gas BBQ grill and corn hole game.

First floor features a large recreation room just off the pool area with a TV and game table. Also on this level are 4 bedrooms (3 with TVs) and 2 full bathrooms.

Second floor is the beautifully decorated main living area with a large great room with a smart TV, dining area and large kitchen with bar/counter seating. The kitchen is well equipped for all your vacation entertaining. There is a half bathroom on this floor as well as a laundry room with a back up full size fridge. This level invites you out on to 3 porches: one in the front to catch the morning sun, one across the back overlooking the pool and canal as well as a large screened porch for outside dining and lounging complete with a wet bar, mini fridge and a counter for prepping and serving food.

Third floor has 2 large King master suites each with a TV and a large bathroom with a jetted tub. Quiet sitting area at the top of the stairs to relax, read or visit.
