Situated on the canal, you will love the views you have of the ocean and the bay while relaxing in the sun on the top floor open deck or the shade on the 2nd level covered deck! Teach the kids to fish or crab on the dock and bring or rent a kayak to explore the canals of Back Bay! The living room offers a lovely stone fireplace with gas logs (available October through April and is not to be used in high wind conditions) for wonderful ambience on cool evenings and a flat screen TV to entertain and snuggle up by. The Rec. Room provides a nice retreat for the kids. You'll even have the convenience of using the garage to store those extra beach items.
