This is a lovely 4-bedroom 4-bath direct oceanfront home that is set up to sleep 12 guests. The bedding set-up includes 1 king, 3 queens, 1 twin, 1 double futon and a twin rollaway. All bedrooms have their own private bath as well as access to the oceanfront porches/balconies.
Welcome to Breakers, your beachfront vacation retreat in the heart of North Topsail Beach, North Carolina, where the sunrises and sunsets are magical and the views are unbelievable. As you enter this lovely home, you will immediately be captivated by the panoramic views of the beautiful Topsail Island shoreline. The expansive windows fill the open living area with natural light, creating an inviting and airy atmosphere. Relax in the comfortable seating as you enjoy the sight and sound of the ocean waves crashing against the shore.
The lovely home is laid out with the main living area on the elevated first living level. The complete living area as well as 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a sunny sitting room are located on the first level and three additional bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a laundry area on the top level. All bedrooms face the ocean and have direct access out to the oceanfront balconies.
The living area is equipped with a large sofa, love seat, comfortable arm chairs, end tables with lamps, large ottoman, ceiling fan, and a large flatscreen TV (fireplace not for use). From this living area, there is also direct access out to the oceanfront porch where you will find comfortable seating. Step out on the porch, breathe in the salty ocean air, and enjoy the gentle ocean breezes. With direct beach access, you can spend your days lounging on the white sandy beach, building sand castles, or taking leisurely walks along the beach.
The sunny sitting room is located adjacent to the living room and is separated by French doors. This is a very sunny room with lots of windows facing directly out to the ocean. This room is equipped with a double futon, comfortable arm chair, ceiling fan, ottoman, and lamp. The room can double as extra sleeping quarters or just a private place to hang out with a good book.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation, including all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a double door fridge with water and ice dispenser, smooth top range/oven combo, built-in microwave, and a dishwasher. The small countertop appliances include a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Well stocked with all the standard pots, pans, cookware, dinnerware etc. You will love your turn to cook in this kitchen with the wonderful ocean views.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and the living area, and it is equipped with a large farm style table with ample seating. From the dining area, you will have direct views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean.
1st level bedroom - this bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand with lamp, TV, and a full bath.
As you move upstairs, you will find a private laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.
2nd level king master is equipped with a king bed, dresser with mirror, night stand with lamp, ceiling fan, arm chair, flatscreen TV, and a full private bath a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. This bedroom has direct access out to the oceanfront porch/balcony.
2nd level queen bedroom this bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan, night stand with lamp, flatscreen TV, and a private bath with walk-in shower. This bedroom has direct access out to the oceanfront porch/balcony.
2nd level queen/twin bedroom this bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a twin bed, dresser, nightstand with lamp, TV, ceiling fan, and a private bath. This bedroom has direct access out to the oceanfront porch/balcony.
Outside you will find an enclosed shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off after a long day at the beach.
The beautiful private pool is fenced-in and creates a safe spot for children to enjoy while the adults can watch over them from the oceanfront porch.
Breakers is also conveniently located near local attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, marinas, fresh seafood distributers, golfing, fishing piers, playgrounds, and beach shops, allowing you to explore the charm of North Topsail Beach and the adjacent fishing community of Sneads Ferry.

- The pool is available from April 1st through October 31st
- The pool heater will be available ONLY during the months of April, May and October

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID's will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
